Informa Research Services has an immediate opening for a Client Relationship Supervisor in our Calabasas office. This position maintains the client's relationship by answering questions and concerns, trouble shooting, report modifications, and cross selling. This position is responsible for individual and team achievement of Key Performance Indicator objectives. You will be responsible for a team, including interviewing, training, and evaluating employees.
Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, as well as advanced knowledge of banking products. You must be able to have intelligent and informative discussions with clients on what is happening in the market and be able to relay general industry information.
This position pays $40,000 - $45,000 Depending on Experience, plus excellent benefits.
