We have positions available for Floor Manager for our stores based in MP (Bhopal & Indore), The ideal candidate must have_- Monitor the upkeep of merchandise of the category- Divide  categories between the r. CSEs/CSEs- Assign targets to the Sr. CSEs / CSEs- Offer help to the customers and coordinate with the team to close the sale- Communicate the on-going schemes to customers- To ensure sufficient merchandise availability of stock in the assigned section - To assist the unit marketing manager in the Window VM, section display and merchandise at the store is as per the VM guidelines. Meet the assigned targets for the category- Maximize sales of the category  by cross  and up   selling  the assigned category- Maintain, replenish the visual merchandising plan- Help the Sr. CSE/ CSEs in difficult sales situations prior experience of at least 3 years in the same MORE ..CLICK HERE
