Description:
As a member of AIT’s Client Support Services group, the candidate requires to coordinate with the clients and address their requests, queries, observations on AIR’s products licensed by them such as catastrophe risk assessment software applications, catastrophe risk analysis services, and weather data products. The companies that are using AIR products include insurers, reinsures, brokers and other companies worldwide.
As a member of AIT’s Client Support Services group, the candidate requires to coordinate with the clients and address their requests, queries, observations on AIR’s products licensed by them such as catastrophe risk assessment software applications, catastrophe risk analysis services, and weather data products. The companies that are using AIR products include insurers, reinsures, brokers and other companies worldwide.
Main responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Develop and maintain expertise in our products and services
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the models and property exposure data input into the models
- Develop, coordinate and perform tests on AIR’s software products in order to understand the impact of software and model changes on loss estimates
- Test the implementation of complex insurance terms in software products.
- Provide prompt and knowledgeable support to our clients by telephone/email and, when appropriate, by on-site visits
- Troubleshoot and solve client software problems
- Assist in coordinating and installing software updates and releases
- Design and deliver training to our clients at our offices and theirs
Required Knowledge and skills:
- Experience in CAT modeling
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills and a solid understanding of probability concepts
- Excellent problem solving skills and a commitment to client services
- Self-motivated, quick learner, with good organizational and time management skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be comfortable working in a team environment
- Experience of business development, marketing and sales and client services in product based IT companies or insurance industry.
- Knowledge in the following areas:
- P&C insurance industry would be a plus.
- Risk management software applications would be a plus.
- Underwriting or actuarial experience will be an added advantage.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of practical experience (preferably with 2+ years of CAT modeling experience)
- Engineering Graduates with MBA degree (Insurance/Finance/Marketing)
