Looking for Sales Manager - IT for Germany
Job Description
- Selling IT services and Solutions from Bosch / RBEI (Robert Bosch Engineering & Business Solutions Ltd) in Germany
- Strategize and deploy to gain market share in Germany IT services market
- Interface with delivery teams in India (Market info, competencies, collaterals, solution knowledge….)
- Sales reporting, reviews, Business planning, Pricing
- Gather market intelligence on competitor / benchmarking information
- Experience in BPO services will be an added advantage.
Profile required
Qualification:
- MBA from a well known university with specialization in sales and marketing OR
- Engineer / Diploma with rich experience in sales and marketing
Experience
- Sales Experience of 4 to 12 years in Germany in IT services, solutions or products
- We need 1 senior candidate with 10 to 12 yrs relevant work experience and 1 junior candidate with 4 to 6 yrs relevant work experience
- Experience of selling enterprise class products (E.g. SAP/ Oracle) - Mandatory
- Good sales network
- Experience in outsourcing and offshoring to low cost locations
Profile
- German national
- Good communication skills in German & English
- An extravert with high levels of energy, passion and positive outlook
- Exposed to international work culture
- Should be able to work with matrix reporting
- German national with good exposure to IT - Sales in German market and 1 Indian national with good exposure to IT - Sales in German market
Location: Germany
Note: It will be an independent role directly reporting to Head of Sales in Bosch - RBEI in India / Bangalore.
