GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Under general direction with minimal oversight, delineates requirements to solve complex business problems using differing technologies and systems views across multiple functional domains (within Sabre and between Sabre and its customer) on high profile and/or mission critical efforts and projects. Advanced ability to plan strategically for current and future business environments, including future technology and business design changes to create flexible solutions. Creates process engineering and/or business flow assessments to ensure appropriate reengineering of solutions. Develops complex service models and prototypes, creates and implements customer feedback mechanisms, uses knowledge of human factors engineering principles. Creates Business Plans/supports (including business cases) to assure plans meet company goals and integrates these with technical programs and project plans. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, to serve as lead conduit between developers, architects, designers and with external and internal customers. Provides functional/technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Provides consultation to users in detailed functionalities of automated systems. Serves in an expert consultant role in SDLC (Agile and TDD). May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Advanced knowledge of systems flows, engineering documentation, tools and architecture concepts required. Supports Development staff by assisting with functionality questions, addressing testing issues, EPR issues, training on new products and all delivery planning aspects for deployment of a service or product, as assigned.

Excellent computer software skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Documentation: Enters, transcribes, records, stores or maintains information in written or electronic form . Operations Analysis: Analyzes needs and product requirements to create a design. Product Life Cycle: Working knowledge of phases of the product life cycle, including engineering specifications, customer requirements gathering, software design and development, testing - including unit, functional, systems and integration � implementation/delivery and maintenance. Scientific Process: Applies the Scientific Process steps to question, research, hypothesize, test, formulate results, draw conclusions and implement a solution; understands appropriate tools, technologies and statistical/optimization models and techniques.
