Job Description
| 1. Responsible for analysis and delivery for Voice Wholesale BRs and Projects, specifically Selectica/Clarity/SAP/Billing, DSS, LCBQR, BRS Portal, NLD, SMS Hubbing, LEA requirements and NLD. 2. Ownership of projects and BRs right from requirement gathering, detailing of requirements and feasibility analysis with technical team, tracking delivery, providing walkthroughs and training and ensuring acceptance. 3. Training and Demonstration on Target IT Systems to business users and IT Teams of other business units and Overall management of UAT 4. Work as BSS Consultant and subject matter expert 5. Responsible for vendor coordination, data cleansing and migration, and documentation. 6. Demonstrates knowledge of the different functional areas as well as how these functions are implemented in the system to effectively map the various data elements and iron out the inconsistencies between the various data elements. 7. Responsible for tracking, collection, detailing and delivery of new business requirements post go-live. 8. Manages the day to day operations of the project. 9. Management reporting and escalation as and when required. |

| BA activities: 1. Responsible for Co-Ordination with end users and RTS developers for Selectica/Clarity/SAP/Billing, DSS, LCBQR, BRS Portal, NLD, SMS Hubbing, LEA requirements and NLD Projects and BRs 2. Work as BSS Consultant and subject matter expert 3. Handling New / Change / Enhancement requirements in existing systems for business continuity 4. Training and Demonstration on Target IT Systems to business users and IT Teams of other business units 5. Coordination of UAT 6. Involved in UAT and IT testing 7. Release Management 8. Co-Ordination with application support teams to reduce ageing of tickets. 9. Ownership of data migration activity required for any new system rollout. PMO activities 1. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. 2. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. 3. Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. 4. Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards. 5. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. 6. Business Case/Project Charter preparation and approval. 7. Vendor Management 8. Responsible for Vendor Co-Ordination for LCBQR and other projects |
